Hands of Grace - Heart of the Mission
This is our calling and mandate.

The Ministry of Hands of Grace
We love helping and meeting the needs of people through the ministry of Hands of Grace, an International Outreach of World Changers Church Houston! No matter who or where they are, God’s grace compels us to share his love through meeting needs and sharing the Gospel! His Love is our heart motivation. Through this, people understand they’re not alone, and that an unbelievable, unconditional love is theirs. A love that encourages them and gives hope! This is our calling and mandate.
As you view our planned outreaches, consider a partnership with us that will bring lasting hope and saving grace to people in different parts of the world who desperately need it!
Outreaches and Missions

Project Reach
Our commitment to share the gospel and demonstrate the love of God in practical ways is a priority. This is demonstrated through outreach to the homeless, Thanksgiving and Christmas outreaches to families as well as Back to School campaigns. Our recent focus is being broadened to a greater emphasis on discipleship/cultivation of deeper relationships with those we encounter. The goal is Christians focused on bearing fruit to build God’s Kingdom and mature others.

Project Restore
Effects of extreme poverty plague areas north of Zimbabwe’s capital Harare. Our mandate is to revitalize the people of a community by restoring basic necessities where children, many orphans, suffer horrible and some inhumane conditions (lack of food, dilapidated facilities for education, inability to pay school fees, few teachers, no electricity or gas, and unbelievably more). We’ll empower this community to build and hope again!

Hope for Kids Kenya
The Nairobi Kenya charity motto is “Cure for every child, Care for every family”. Formed by parents and friends of children diagnosed with cancer, it promotes and supports quality and affordable childhood and adolescent cancer care while creating awareness. Of the 3,000 approximate number of children diagnosed annually in Kenya, there’s a 20-30% survival rate, compared to 80% in developed countries. In contract in Kenya, however, a child’s medical care is provided at a local hospital for an amazingly low annual amount of less than $60 per child. Friends and Partners, help us bring hope to families, and healing to children.

Project Usafi
Girls across the world miss school, and older women the ability to manage their period for work due to the lack of sanitary supplies. This is unacceptable as no one can tolerate a week disruption in capacities requiring full availability. Girls fall behind in school and sometimes drop out altogether and will further miss opportunities in life. Many revert to using unsafe substitutes for sanitary for pads. The solution is to provide school age girls and childbearing women with a regular and safe supply of feminine hygiene products. This allows them to live modestly, and to go about their daily lives as any woman would want.
